Shipping Policy

At AMBRALUMIA, we understand that you need your custom orders delivered on time, every time. Once we receive your custom order, our Art Department will return a digital proof to you via email within 3 business days. Production time begins once you approve the digital proof. If we do not receive your proof approval or requested changes within 3 business days, your order will be deemed automatically approved, and we will proceed with production. Production time is 15-20 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. We ship from China and use the best shipping method at our discretion to deliver your order on time via FedEx, UPS, local courier, or freight carriers.  

 

You can help us deliver your custom order correctly and on time by providing accurate delivery information and your required event date.  

 

We will require you to provide shipping labels and completed customs forms. We cannot guarantee delivery to all international locations, as customs delays are beyond our control.  

 

Rush services and expedited shipping are available at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
